創立超過一世紀的Ca’ La Bionda 酒莊位於釀造Valpolicella的心臟地帶，葡萄園位於海拔150-300公尺之間的山坡之上，僅種植本土的葡萄品種 — Corvina、Corvinone、Rondinella和Molinara。酒莊亦十分注重環境的永續發展，從不使用除草劑；由葡萄的種植、採收、釀造到銷售全部都由Castellani家族親力親為。
Ca’ La Bionda 出產的 Amarone 非常與別不同，香氣複雜且非常優雅，帶有濃郁的黑莓、茴香等香料的香氣。
Tasting Notes:
A great concentration of aromas assails the nose with strong notes of liquor cherries and candied fruits, the palate is long and rich with the same ripe fruits and a hint of almonds prevailing.
