創立超過一世紀的Ca’ La Bionda 酒莊位於釀造Valpolicella的心臟地帶，葡萄園位於海拔150-300公尺之間的山坡之上，僅種植本土的葡萄品種 — Corvina、Corvinone、Rondinella和Molinara。酒莊亦十分注重環境的永續發展，從不使用除草劑；由葡萄的種植、採收、釀造到銷售全部都由Castellani家族親力親為。
Ca’ La Bionda 出產的 Amarone 非常與別不同，香氣複雜且非常優雅，帶有濃郁的黑莓、茴香等香料的香氣。
Tasting Notes:
This sweet wine is rich at the nose. The wine is elegant and rich, but not cloying, with an exceptional minerality which renders it fresh and very drinkable. It is the perfect wine to enjoy with blue-cheese, tarts, butter cakes and chocolate.
