創立超過一世紀的Ca’ La Bionda 酒莊位於釀造Valpolicella的心臟地帶,葡萄園位於海拔150-300公尺之間的山坡之上,僅種植本土的葡萄品種 — Corvina、Corvinone、Rondinella和Molinara。酒莊亦十分注重環境的永續發展,從不使用除草劑;由葡萄的種植、採收、釀造到銷售全部都由Castellani家族親力親為。
