創立超過一世紀的Ca’ La Bionda 酒莊位於釀造Valpolicella的心臟地帶，葡萄園位於海拔150-300公尺之間的山坡之上，僅種植本土的葡萄品種 — Corvina、Corvinone、Rondinella和Molinara。酒莊亦十分注重環境的永續發展，從不使用除草劑；由葡萄的種植、採收、釀造到銷售全部都由Castellani家族親力親為。
Ca’ La Bionda 出產的 Amarone 非常與別不同，香氣複雜且非常優雅，帶有濃郁的黑莓、茴香等香料的香氣。
Tasting Notes:
Aged for 8 years in a new 3000 litre oak vat, this wine is made in very limited quantity and has only been made in the 2000, 2005, 2008 and 2012 vintages. Rich and complex, it is a striking wine for its elegance and finesse, qualities that only exceptional Amarone is able to express.
