創立超過一世紀的Ca’ La Bionda 酒莊位於釀造Valpolicella的心臟地帶，葡萄園位於海拔150-300公尺之間的山坡之上，僅種植本土的葡萄品種 — Corvina、Corvinone、Rondinella和Molinara。酒莊亦十分注重環境的永續發展，從不使用除草劑；由葡萄的種植、採收、釀造到銷售全部都由Castellani家族親力親為。
Ca’ La Bionda 出產的 Amarone 非常與別不同，香氣複雜且非常優雅，帶有濃郁的黑莓、茴香等香料的香氣。
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby red tending towards garnet. The nose is rich and complex with aromas of sour cherries, blackberries, tobacco and candied fruits. The palate is rich and intense with similar fruit characters, fine tannins and exceptional length.
