Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. By confirming the order, consent is given to declare that you are over 18 years old.

It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18 under Hong Kong jurisdiction. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above (in case of a Hong Kong resident), or at or above the legal drinking age in his/her living area. The Customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to accept delivery (within Hong Kong) or delivery shall be withdrawn.

The Company shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that prices and details of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to changes without prior notice and all orders are subject to Company’s acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.

The Company shall make every reasonable effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock unless otherwise specified. If from time to time products become out of stock, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative product(s) to the Customer.

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and the Company reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products requested are not available. In the event that the Company is unable to fulfil any of the products in the Customer’s order, the Company will notify him/her by phone or email.

Personal information we may obtain about you via the BOOM’s Site shall be held in confidence, unless compelled to disclose by judicial or administrative process or by other requirements of law.

Ullages of all wines offered are top shoulder or better, unless otherwise stated. Although the Company strives to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels, foils and corks for old wines (equals to or more than 10 years old). The Company does not accept return of wines for any reasons.

The order will be valid for 3 days upon confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, BOOM WINES & GOURMET reserves the right to void the order without notice.

The Customer is required to register before placing any order through this website. During the registration:
He/she must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information; he/she must safeguard his/her username and password with reasonable care; he/she authorises us to assume that any person using the site with his/her username and password is either the registering body himself/herself or is authorised to act for the corresponding registering body.

The Company has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of any potential customers and to terminate the registration of any customers for any reasons whatsoever. Customers must inform us immediately of any changes of the information that is required to be provided by him/her so that we can communicate with him/her effectively.

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims for the reason of breakage (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline at +852 9190 0164 at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the Company shall have the discretion to refuse the claim after delivery. The duty of care after delivery rests solely on the Customer.

For unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address being provided, the Customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges, HK$250/order. BOOM reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

1. FREE DELIVERY for purchases over HK$1,800 and 6 bottles (Final Price After Discount) or 12 bottles and over HK$3,000 for Airport / Tung Chung / Discovery Bay and Macau delivery.
2. FREE DELIVERY for purchases over HK$1,900 containing only food items, or a mix of food and wines without minimum quantity (Final Price After Discount) or HK$3,000 for Airport / Tung Chung / Discovery Bay and Macau delivery.
3. For purchases under HK$1,800: An additional HK$200 will be charged for delivery. You may choose to self-pickup at our warehouse in Tsuen Wan (no minimum order, prior booking required).
4. One order only accepts one delivery point.
5. Purchases are delivered within Hong Kong & Macau S.A.R ONLY.
6. Delivery coverage includes all Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories & Macau locations EXCEPT :
   • Restricted area
   • Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To
   • Outlying Islands (excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay*
   • Remote regions
7. For any location without an elevator, an extra HKD50 per flight of stairs surcharge will be imposed.
8. Order will be delivered within approximately 2-5 working days subject to the delivery area.
9. The delivery company does not verify the identity of the recipient, and the company does not assume any responsibility.

The Company will not accept any return of goods nor will provide any refund for any orders.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China and the Customer and the Company agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. The Company may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the Company’s determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
