Light gold-colored sparkling wine with mature aroma & no added dosage. The wine is dry on the palate with a steady concentration & length & is a competitive with more than a few non-vintage champagnes.

Spiced apple and toast aromas are clean and direct. On the palate, it’s malic and citric, with lime and white grapefruit flavors. A citrusy finish with a note of salt maintains freshness.
