Mas Amiel Natural Grenache is made from several plots of Grenache Noir grown on a calco-schist terroir in places called Cabirou and Devèze. After the manual harvest, the harvest is sorted twice and then destemmed. The vinification takes place in stainless steel vats of 50 hectoliters and is carried out by infusion . The wine is aged in concrete vats .
