Maison Louis Balincourt, founded in Châlons-en-Champagne in the heart of the Marne, produces in the purest tradition a champagne of great elegance and subtlety. Only first-pressed juices are selected for production. It is a blend of Chardonnay， Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, all from Premier Cru villages in Valle Sur Marne. Golden yellow colour with green highlights. A vibrant intensity with green apple, citrus fruits and white flower notes. Fresh minerality topped by elegant blond notes (brioche, fresh nuts). Delicate and persistent bubbles.
