A blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The Chardonnay comes from the Grand Cru Le Mesnil, the Pinot comes from the Grand Cru Ambonnay.
Vinified in used barriques, this wine offers an intense and vinous bouquet of ripe fruits and pure chalk. Full-bodied and intense on the palate, this is a very elegant and expressive Champagne with a firm structure and a long, complex finish. It’s lean and rich at the same time.
