Domaine Alexis de Benoist Macon Village ‘La Demoiselle’ Blanc 2018

Golden yellow color with intense and brilliant reflections. Complex and concentrated nose expressing itself through milky and slightly brioche touches and associated with aromas of yellow fruits (ripe peach and nectarine). The floral register is expressed after aeration (acacia and lime blossom). Rich and greedy mouth of yellow fruits mixed with a hint of apricot. Long fruity finish. Pair it with roast veal in the oven or farm poultry with cream.
