Chateau Fonbadet（馮百代酒莊）是位於波爾多Pauillac (波雅克)產區，Saint-Lembert村莊的北面，其葡萄園的位置十分特別，被Pauillac幾大著名的酒莊包圍著，Chateau Fonbadet一共有三塊地，第一塊與Chateau Mouton Rothschild (木桐酒莊)相連；第二塊與Chateau Lynch-Bages(靚次伯酒莊)相鄰；第三塊則是Chateau Pichon-Longueville Baron(碧尚男爵酒莊)和Chateau Latour(拉圖酒莊)的鄰居，附近的鄰居可謂星光熠熠。平均樹齡為50年，酒莊通過人工方式進行採摘。採摘後的葡萄經過篩選、破皮後，會進入具有溫度控制功能的不銹鋼發酵罐中進行發酵，再進入50%新的法國橡木桶中熟成18個月，最後在酒莊內裝瓶。
Deep opaque colour. Rich and flamboyant dark berry fruit aromas. A very deep intense palate, full of dark bramble characters, with a hint of dark liquorice and toffee. Very textured and broad, with tightly composed Pauillac tannic structure. A full and concentrated wine, with energy and life. A really fine example of the 2016 vintage, deep, fine balance and a lovely touch of freshness on the finish. A great reflection of Pauillac at an exceptional price.
